Arrival & check-in
What time is check-in?
Check-in timing depends on your booking conditions. Share your expected arrival time in advance so the host can coordinate access.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is usually by 11:00 unless a different time has been agreed in advance.
Can I store luggage?
Luggage storage may be possible depending on arrivals and departures that day. Ask the host before arrival.
Apartments
Which apartment has the best view?
Apartment 1 has the best city view. Apartment 5 has the best view over the property.
Which floor are the apartments on?
Apartments 1 to 5 are on the second floor. Apartments 6 to 8 are on the first floor. There is no elevator.
Do apartments have private kitchens?
Yes. Every apartment has a kitchen or kitchenette for an independent stay.
Do apartments have private bathrooms?
Yes. Every apartment has a private bathroom.
Parking & access
Is there private parking?
Yes, private parking is available for guests.
Is there an elevator?
No. There is no elevator, and access is by stairs.
Do I need a car?
A car is strongly recommended for the easiest stay and for exploring northern Gran Canaria.
Facilities
Is there air conditioning?
No, the apartments do not have air conditioning. Arucas is generally milder than the south, especially in the evenings.
Is there heating?
Heating is available on request. Let the host know in advance if you need it.
Is there a washing machine?
Yes, a washing machine is available.
Is there a dishwasher?
No, there is currently no dishwasher.
What coffee machine is available?
Apartments include a moka pot, the classic Italian coffee maker.
Is the pool ready?
The pool is not ready yet. It should be treated as a coming-soon feature, not a current amenity.
Is the sauna ready?
The sauna is not ready yet. It should be treated as a coming-soon feature, not a current amenity.
Families
Are baby cots available?
Yes, baby cots are available on request. Ask in advance so one can be prepared.
Is Bastión del Drago suitable for families?
It can suit small families depending on apartment layout and capacity. For larger groups, booking several apartments may work better.
Rules
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed.
Are parties allowed?
No. Bastión del Drago is a calm property and parties are not allowed.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments. If outdoor smoking is allowed, use designated areas only.

Where is Bastión del Drago located?
Bastión del Drago is in Arucas, in the north of Gran Canaria, away from the busiest southern resort areas.
How far is Las Palmas?
Las Palmas is usually about 20 to 30 minutes away by car, depending on traffic.
